Last Updated: 03 July 2026
Document Type: Personal Accountability & Governance Agreement
This Agreement governs participation within IMTAH™, including but not limited to Trust IDs, Trust Signals, Trust Scores, Verifications, Facts, Expert Validations, Jury Validations, Vouches, Declarations, Governance Requests, Disputes, and related platform activities.
By requesting, activating, renewing, accessing, or using an IMTAH™ ID, Trust ID, Trust Signal, Trust Score, Verification, Vouch, Declaration, Validation, Dispute, Governance Service, or any other IMTAH™ feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not request, activate, access, renew, or use IMTAH™ services.
1. Accountability of Record
Any declaration, claim, statement, submission, vouch, interaction, governance activity, validation request, dispute, response, verdict, decision, evidence, validation outcome, trust outcome, or other activity recorded within IMTAH™ forms part of an accountable history and governance record.
Such records may be retained for governance, audit, accountability, trust evaluation, dispute resolution, security, compliance, and platform integrity purposes.
2. No Right to Rewrite History
I understand that records submitted by me may not be deleted, erased, reset, restarted, concealed, or rewritten simply because I later disagree with them, change my position, no longer wish them to exist, or seek to avoid accountability.
IMTAH™ exists to preserve accountable history and hold truth to scrutiny through governed processes, not to provide a mechanism for rewriting history, concealing records, or avoiding accountability.
3. Community Reporting, Scrutiny & Dispute
I understand that any person may report, challenge, dispute, question, scrutinise, request review of, or seek validation of my claims, declarations, conduct, representations, activities, submissions, facts, opinions, validations, vouches, Trust Signals, Trust Scores, or other platform activity through IMTAH™ governance processes.
I acknowledge that IMTAH™ is built upon open scrutiny, accountability, and governed dispute resolution. Any public claim, declaration, representation, validation, fact, expert opinion, jury outcome, vouch, Trust Signal, or Trust Score may be challenged, disputed, reviewed, reassessed, corrected, elevated, reduced, or revoked through applicable governance processes.
Such reports, reviews, validations, disputes, or outcomes may impact my Trust Signal, Trust Score, credibility, standing, platform privileges, verification status, or other governance outcomes.
4. Right to Respond & Dispute
I retain the right to respond, clarify, challenge, defend, provide evidence, submit additional information, and dispute allegations or governance outcomes through available IMTAH™ processes.
The existence of a report, challenge, or dispute does not automatically determine its outcome.
5. Private Declarations
Unless expressly published by me, declarations submitted within IMTAH™ are intended to remain within the governed platform environment.
Private declarations are not intended for public indexing, public search engines, public discovery, or external publication except where required by law, governance, security, compliance, dispute resolution, platform integrity, or lawful obligations.
6. Public Claims & Declarations
Where I choose to publish a claim, declaration, statement, representation, fact, opinion, validation, vouch, or other content publicly through IMTAH™, I acknowledge that others may review, rely upon, challenge, dispute, validate, scrutinise, report, reassess, or evaluate such information.
I understand that public participation within IMTAH™ is voluntary and that any public claim may become subject to future scrutiny, dispute, correction, validation, governance review, expert review, jury review, or other accountability processes.
I remain solely responsible for what I choose to publish.
7. Personal Information & Privacy
IMTAH™ does not sell personal information for advertising, lead generation, profiling, marketing databases, data brokerage, or monetisation purposes.
Information may be used only for governance, accountability, verification, trust evaluation, compliance, security, dispute resolution, platform operations, and lawful obligations.
8. Governance Over Convenience
The purpose of IMTAH™ is accountability, not anonymity.
I understand that governance records may be retained where necessary to preserve platform integrity, trust evaluation, accountable history, dispute history, security, compliance, and governance outcomes.
IMTAH™ exists to provide an unbiased governance framework through which claims, declarations, representations, facts, opinions, validations, disputes, and accountability records may be examined, challenged, defended, validated, or reassessed.
The platform exists to preserve accountable history and support truth-seeking through governed scrutiny, not to predetermine outcomes, favour participants, or rewrite history.
9. Responsibility for Representations
I remain solely responsible for my own actions, conduct, statements, representations, claims, declarations, and activities whether performed within IMTAH™ or elsewhere.
IMTAH™ provides governance mechanisms and accountability processes. It does not assume responsibility for my conduct, behaviour, decisions, representations, claims, or activities.
10. No Reliance, Warranty or Guarantee
I acknowledge that IMTAH™ provides governance, accountability, verification, reporting, scrutiny, trust evaluation, dispute resolution, validation, and record-keeping mechanisms.
IMTAH™ does not guarantee the truthfulness, character, conduct, competence, intentions, future behaviour, financial standing, safety, legality, suitability, reliability, or outcomes of any person, organisation, declaration, claim, verification, trust score, trust signal, fact, expert validation, jury validation, vouch, governance outcome, or platform activity.
Any decision to interact, transact, hire, employ, engage, invest, partner, communicate, rely upon, or otherwise deal with another person or organisation remains solely my responsibility and judgment.
Trust Signals, Trust Scores, Verifications, Facts, Expert Opinions, Jury Outcomes, Vouches, and other platform outputs are governance tools only. They are not guarantees, warranties, endorsements, recommendations, certifications, assurances, or promises of future conduct or outcomes.
I further acknowledge that IMTAH™ does not determine truth, create truth, own truth, certify truth, or guarantee truth. IMTAH™ provides governance mechanisms through which participants may voluntarily declare, challenge, dispute, validate, scrutinise, support, defend, evaluate, and assess claims and representations.
The existence of a Trust Signal, Trust Score, Verification, Fact, Expert Validation, Jury Outcome, Vouch, or other governance outcome does not prevent future challenge, dispute, scrutiny, reassessment, correction, reduction, revocation, or governance review.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree not to hold IMTAH™, Eduroids Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, validators, experts, jurors, members, participants, partners, representatives, or agents liable for losses, damages, claims, disputes, decisions, actions, omissions, transactions, relationships, reliance, outcomes, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from:

- My reliance upon platform information;
- Trust Signals or Trust Scores;
- Verifications or validation outcomes;
- Facts, Expert Validations, Jury Validations, or Vouches;
- User declarations or public claims;
- Governance outcomes;
- Third-party actions, conduct, omissions, or misrepresentations.
I acknowledge that IMTAH™ acts solely as a governance, accountability, verification, scrutiny, dispute resolution, trust evaluation, and record-keeping platform.
IMTAH™ does not originate, create, endorse, adopt, approve, certify, verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for user-generated claims, declarations, representations, evidence, opinions, reports, disputes, responses, validations, or other participant content.
Responsibility for such content remains solely with the individual or entity submitting, publishing, supporting, disputing, relying upon, or responding to it.
I acknowledge that IMTAH™ may retain, display, process, evaluate, govern, score, review, validate, dispute, scrutinise, or otherwise act upon information submitted to the platform in accordance with its governance processes. Such actions do not constitute endorsement, certification, adoption, approval, or acceptance of the underlying content as true, accurate, complete, lawful, or reliable.
I acknowledge that all decisions made by me remain my own responsibility.
12. Voluntary Participation
Participation within IMTAH™ is voluntary.
I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate within a governed accountability environment and understand the responsibilities, expectations, and consequences associated with such participation.
I further acknowledge that all declarations, claims, submissions, validations, disputes, responses, public publications, governance requests, and other activities performed by me within IMTAH™ are undertaken voluntarily and at my own discretion.
13. Use of IMTAH™ for Accountable History
I acknowledge that one of the fundamental purposes of IMTAH™ is the preservation of accountable history through governed records, scrutiny, dispute resolution, and trust evaluation.
I agree that I am not using IMTAH™ as a mechanism to erase, conceal, rewrite, reset, restart, manipulate, suppress, remove, or avoid accountability for my claims, declarations, conduct, representations, submissions, governance records, disputes, validation outcomes, trust outcomes, or historical records.
I understand that the value of IMTAH™ depends upon the preservation of accountable history and the ability of others to review, challenge, dispute, validate, scrutinise, defend, or evaluate records over time.
I acknowledge that my continued participation in IMTAH™ constitutes acceptance of these principles.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
IMTAH™, IMTAH INC, Trust ID™, Trust Signal™, and related services, products, programs, initiatives, and governance frameworks may be administered, licensed, facilitated, invoiced, validated, or made available through one or more authorised entities, operators, facilitators, service providers, licensees, or contracting parties as may be identified from time to time.
Where Eduroids Private Limited is identified in connection with a service, subscription, invoice, payment, validation, transaction, agreement, or platform activity, Eduroids Private Limited shall be deemed the relevant service provider, facilitator, operator, licensee, administrator, or contracting party for that activity unless expressly stated otherwise.
I agree that any dispute, claim, complaint, proceeding, interpretation, enforcement action, governance challenge, or legal matter arising from or relating to IMTAH™, its services, governance processes, Trust IDs, Trust Signals, Trust Scores, Verifications, Facts, Expert Validations, Jury Validations, Vouches, declarations, records, platform activity, or my use of the platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.

Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent IMTAH™, its authorised operators, facilitators, service providers, licensees, or contracting entities from taking actions reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, lawful governmental requests, legal obligations, judicial orders, or court directives.
The platform may moderate, restrict access to, append clarifications to, preserve, disclose, or otherwise process records where required by law, governance obligations, platform integrity, security requirements, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance, provided that such actions shall not be construed as creating a right to rewrite accountable history under Section 2.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court, tribunal, regulator, or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, such provision shall be interpreted, modified, or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
If such modification is not possible, the affected provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement.
The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, enforceability, or continued operation of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
